Susan A. Obera

A human capital management expert, Susan has a progressive work experience of over 20 years. Her key competencies include; implementing HR operational strategies; ensuring talent management practices are consistently implemented and ensuring high levels of employee engagement. Currently, Susan works as the personal assistant to the Chairperson of Tana and Athi Rivers Development Authority. She also doubles as the deputy chairperson of Kenya Union of Water Sewerage Employees.
