James started his career as a Retail Manager and later rose along the ranks to become CEO of an American franchise retail chain. He later left the private sector and joined not-for-profit organization to be the lead consultant for JICA/SAVOT Entrepreneurship project in South Sudan. James later moved to The Agricultural Support Organization (TASO) in South Sudan as the Country's executive Director. Currently, he is a lecturer in the University
